I have the right to use all commissioned art as a part of my portfolio, patreon, artbooks, etc.

Completion time ranges from 1 to 2 months.

If you require the artwork sooner, please discuss it with me before commissioning.

Full refunds are only available if I am unable or unwilling to complete the artwork.

If canceled before the sketch, a refund with a 10% Wait list fee is possible.

After the sketch is completed, only a partial refund is available.

Personal use (no extra fees): includes using the artwork as a profile picture, banner, overlay, community post, or similar non-commercial use.

Digital use: +50% of the original price

This includes using the artwork in ways that actively generate income, such as Patreon rewards, donation-seeking posts or monetized content.

Merchandise use: +100% of the original price

Commercial rights must be discussed and agreed upon prior to starting the commission.

The PSD file is included with commercial use but can be purchased separately for €20.

Private/Hidden commissions will incur an additional fee based on the project’s size and the length of the requested confidentiality.

Rush commissions may be accepted depending on my availability.

The client must respond promptly to ensure timely completion.

If a rush commission is delayed due to my fault, a 20% refund will be provided.

If significantly delayed due to my fault, a 50% refund will be given, and the artwork will still be delivered.

Reselling or giving away my work is only allowed if you have discussed it with me beforehand.

I do NOT consent to purchasing my art solely for reselling or giving away; however, exceptions can be negotiated.

Do NOT resell the artwork for a higher price than what you originally paid.

I only allow design resales if the owner has used the design for some time or has a valid reason to sell it, such as rebranding, graduation, or other significant circumstances.

Credit must always be given when using the artwork/design.

If reselling a design I made, you must notify me about the new owner.

If I created artwork for your design or made I design for you, it is your responsibility to ensure that the new owner understands how and when to credit me, as well as what rights they have.

I do NOT allow changes to my designs/artworks without my consent.
